"I" have access to almost all of the information he will use when recommending how much I sell my house for and what I should offer on my next home purchase. How about talking to "Me," the consumer, and communicate the things you CAN do that I can't? I have 2 ears and 2 eyes, come to think of it, I actually have all of the same body parts he has.
