&lt;p&gt;You&#039;re 100% correct, lead generation is dead, we as an industry just haven&#039;t figured it out yet. The speed of change in the business cycle alone should convince us of that. The amazing hybrid that has become &#039;future business&#039; is changing like how my new listing looks after an hour&#039;s worth of time in photoshop. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;BTW the Don Davies in my market sells guns.  His motto: &quot;We don&#039;t want to make any money folks, we just love to sell guns&quot; Wonder if he has relatives in the RE biz? &lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Love this post but it is far ahead of it&#039;s time.  Even some of the agents who have blogs still drip and capture.  Many agents don&#039;t see the internet as a way to engage, they look at trapping or catching as the way to go.  Love this post. :)&lt;/p&gt;
