Spot on Mark. One of my favorite books that started me on the role to where I am today is, Love The Killer App. by Tim Sanders of Yahoo. I guess that Tim's "Biz Love" has grown into a new catchphrase of branding called 2.0, one so wonderfully discussed in your post here.

"A killer brokerage is one that inspires oneness. Internally with its independent agents and externally with its customers. It's a culture."

- I am lucky to be part of one of these organizations, and one that is moving mountains with regards to culture. Culture is more than thought, feeling or brand... it, as Kevin Roberts and you, Marc and Brian, have stated... can be touched, tasted, smelled and felt. Culture is also something that is evolving, and constantly changing...

Where do you see your brokerage and business tomorrow? That's the million dollar question.

Hi Marc,
Great post as usual. You have an uncanny knack of distilling a very complex subject into manageable bite size pieces.
I hope to catch up with you in SF next week and pick your brain a little more on the best appraoch to build a brokerage. I have an opportunity to start a new independent brokerage and have always enjoyed your thoughts on how a successful company should be structured.

I'm really looking forward to your panel discussion next week and hope to put your thoughts to good use.
