If this whole web 2.0 thing is all about transparency, then it's only a matter of time until consumers stand up and begin telling their side of the story. The number of reviews continues to increase every month on our site...along with traffic. Realtors are starting to realize this is the future of real estate and if they don't get on board now they will no longer be in business. It only takes one lost deal because of a negative review to realize how important it is to manage your online reputation. The Internet never forgets and bad Realtors/Brokers/Lenders/etc. will be on their way out the door if they don't straighten their act up now.

To some extent I think Estately has the right idea. They screen agents before allowing them to be part of their business model.Instead of taking an upfront fee from every schmuck with a license. They only use a few agents and collect a larger fee at closing.
